The Barloworld Siyakhula team is currently led by a board with experience in diverse areas, making them capable and key to achieving Siyakhula’s vision. The Board is composed of the following Directors

Noluvo Ngcwabe
Noluvo "Vovo" Nqcwabe

Chairperson

Qualifications: MBA - Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), BA in Industrial Psychology – UNISA, Certificates in Social Entrepreneurship Programmes and Leadership Development Programmes – GIBS.

Vovo joined Barloworld nine years ago holding various roles in the organisation. She is head of CSI and Stakeholder Management, Chairperson of Barloworld Siyakhula ESD fund, Chairperson of Barloworld Trust and sits on the Board of Barloworld Mbewu.

Prudence Gololo
Prudence Gololo

Managing Director and Board Member

Qualifications: BA in Public Administration and International Relations, Certificates in Leadership Development Programmes, Imbokodo Women Development, Marketing Management and Public/Media Relations.

Prudence joined Barloworld in 2013 positioned as Managing Director of Barloworld Siyakhula, Chairperson of the Siyakhula Investment Committee and Director of the Siyakhula Board. Previously she held the role of Head of Transformation, Diversity and Government Relations, Barloworld Equipment.

Relebohile Malahleha
Relebohile Malahleha

Board Member

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, Specialist in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and Standards of Generally Recognized Accounting Practise (GRAP).

Relebohile is the Executive of Strategic Finance and Treasury, Barloworld. Prior to this role she was the CFO of Avis Budget, a division of Barloworld South Africa for four years.

Sydney Tshibubudze
Sydney Tshibubudze

Board Member

Qualifications: BSc Mechanical Engineering - University of Witwatersrand, BCom Quantitative Management – UNISA, MBA - University of Cape Town Graduate Business School and holds a MCIPS membership status - Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).

Sydney is an Executive head of Strategic Sourcing, Barloworld Equipment. He joined Barloworld Group in October 2019 within the then known as Barloworld Automotive and Logistics division as a Divisional Executive of Strategic Sourcing.

Berenice Wesso
Berenice Wesso

Board Member

Qualifications: National Higher Diploma in Food Technology – Cape Town University of Technology, Marketing Diploma -IMM, Senior Management Development Programme – University of Stellenbosch.

Berenice Wesso is the Regional Sales Manager at Ingrain SA, a division of Barloworld. With over 25 years’ experience as a skilled Sales professional and a versatile skill set developed through valuable industry-related practices, she brings a wealth of experience and passion for Customer centricity.
